LIVE: Breaking out of the poverty cycle in Singapore (Thu, 8PM)

“I was born poor but I will die rich” was a mantra I carried with me in my teens and it encapsulates much of the emotions and struggles faced while growing up.

Poverty entails fear, stress, and sometimes depression. It often means going through petty humiliations and hardships.

I’m lucky enough to come across books and mentors which helped shaped my mindset and equipped me with the skillset needed to change the trajectory of my life—going from a normal academic stream to securing scholarships that paid for my Polytechnic and University education.

It’s time for me to pay it forward and I will be sharing the lessons learned over the years on how to break out of the poverty cycle on 25 MAR, THU, 8 PM with Jeraldine!
